Media Blasting & Powder Coating
We are now providing media blasting & custom powder coating!
Media Blasting is a surface preparation technique that uses high-pressure to propel abrasive particles (media) to clean, strip, smooth, or texture a surface - removing contaminants like rust and paint to prepare it for coating or finishing.
Powder coating is a coating with a polyester or epoxy powder, which is then heated to fuse into a protective layer. We offer color coats , and clear coats.

What Is Powder Coating?
Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. The main difference between a conventional liquid paint and a powder coating is that the powder coating does not require a solvent to keep the binder and filler parts in coating and is then cured under heat to allow it to flow and form a "skin".
The powder is usually used to create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint, providing better protection against the elements. Powder coating is mainly used for coating of metals, such as household appliances, gates/fences, rims/vehicle suspension components, and much more.
